RIMLESS ILLUMINATED LETTERS:
These built up rimless letters are manufactured with an 5mm Acrylic face and 60mm-120mm deep aluminium returns.
Face illuminated, made from acrylic 5mm, opal or colour. We can use return from 60mm-120mm, thickness 0.6mm to 0.8mm with standard colour or spray painting finish according to Pantom. Back tray made from 10mm Foam-x with the city lense and mini lense LEDs. Face colour can be created from translucent vinyl or we can use standard colour acrylic.
They are best suited to larger letters generally over 150mm-1000mm high and with a stroke width of at least 25mm.
RIM & HALO LETTERS:
We use stainless steel 304 or 316 grade or alluminium. For the back tray we use foam-x or acrylic. If the letters are high we use the alluminium back tray. For illumination we use LEDs city lense V3 1.1W. Can be created up to 2m.
ACRYLIC BLOCK LETTERS:
These letters are 30mm thick opal acrylic with LEDs embedded inside to give an even illumination to the face.
The returns are wrapped in vinyl to give a long lifespan of the colour as well as easy maintenance if required in the future. These letters are waterproof and IP-67 rated.
PVC & ACRYLIC INTERNAL LETTERS:
This PVC & Acrylic combination is available with 25mm Foam-x finished acrylic coloured faces. Routed channel for LEDs and face from 5-15mm.
3D PRINTED ILLUMINATED LETTERS:
We use new technology for small internal illuminated letters. Halo illuminated, internal only. The letters start from 60mm up to 250mm.
