The front of the lightbox is made of thermoformed or flat 2mm opal acrylic, and the base is made of powder-coated (according to the RAL system) strong aluminium frame, which is resistant to the harsh weather conditions in the country. The lightbox comes in white, black or silver colours. Any additional option may delay delivery for up to 5 working days.

Delivery
Order before 1 pm (on a business day) for next day dispatch (Excludes weekends and bank holidays). Currently we are only selling and shipping to Rep. of Ireland and Northern Ireland. All orders are shipped via An Post, each item delivery cost is €20, Norther Ireland – €25.
Missing delivery:
Please allow 2 working days from the date your order was dispatched before making a claim for a lost package. To make a claim for a lost package, please email info@kerrytec.com and make sure to include order number in your claim.
Returns
- The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and should notify KerryTec within 2 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to info@kerrytec.com, if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the order. Failing to do that deems the buyer of accepting the goods.
- Where a claim of defect or damage is made the items must be returned by the Buyer to KerryTec. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
- Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be sent via recorded delivery. The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items.
- The Buyer will receive a refund of all the payments for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any). If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, KerryTec will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
- Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
- Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
